Alice Springs' first brewery, on Palm Circuit in Ross, makes a case for itself through sheer logistics: freight costs, hard water, skills shortages, and pandemic delays all came before the first pint. The lineup runs from Territorian Crisp and Territorian Dry through to a stout and a ginger non-beer. Takeaway pizzas, function space, and a members' app round it out.
