Operating continuously since the late 1990s, Hellyers Road in Havenview holds a credible claim as Australia's oldest working whisky distillery. The range includes aged single malts — among them a sherry cask Iberian 10 Year Old — alongside a whisky cream now available in six-packs. Straightforward and unshowy, it's a serious northern Tasmanian operation that has quietly accumulated a long awards record.
