Willie Smith's Apple Shed

Four generations on from Willie Smith's first planting in 1888, the family still picks from that original Huon Valley orchard. The Apple Shed on the Huon Highway is where the fruit goes next: core ciders from bone dry (6.5%) to Gold, limited releases like the Kingston Black and Heritage Blend, plus apple brandy, Pommeau and Blanco spirits distilled on site.
